Spotted on benchmarking website GeekBench, the Lenovo Vibe P2 will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor along with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, and should be upgradable to Android Nougat. Other details about the smartphone aren’t out as yet. But we expect more details to leak as we near an official launch. Also Read - Worldwide PC shipments up 32% in Q1, Lenovo leads: Gartner
Based on available information, the Lenovo Vibe P2 looks to be an upgrade over the Lenovo Vibe P1 and P1 Turbo. It is worth pointing out here that the Lenovo Vibe P1 comes with Snapdragon 615 processor and 2GB of RAM whereas the P1 Turbo has 3GB of RAM.
The Vibe P series has focused on larger battery life as both Vibe P1 and P1 Turbo come with 5,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 support. The smartphones also come with OTG support. We expect the Lenovo Vibe P2 to also come with a big battery and perhaps Quick Charge support. As far as price goes, the Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo launched in India for around Rs 18,000, and is currently available for Rs 17,000. The Lenovo Vibe P2 is likely to be available around same price range, or even lesser.
