Lenovo however hasn t revealed how many devices it sold, instead saying, VIBE X2-world s first layered smartphone received a great initial response on Flipkart. We have reached out to the company for an official number, and we will update the post when we hear from them.
The kind of response Vibe X2 has been getting in India is overwhelming. As mentioned above, the Vibe X2 went on sale on Monday with a price tag of Rs 19,999. The smartphone unveiled at IFA this year, has a unique multi-layered design and there are additional layers available on the e-commerce site as well.
To recap on the Lenovo Vibe X2 s specifications, it flaunts a 5-inch full HD (1920 1080 pixels) display and is powered by MediaTek s MT6595m True octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone also features a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 32GB internal storage (no microSD card slot), and a 2,300mAh battery.
On the software front, it runs on Android KitKat wrapped under VIBE UI 2.0 skin. Connectivity-wise it supports 4G LTE for Indian LTE network, dual-SIM support (one micro-SIM, one nano-SIM), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and GPS.
