After heavily teasing the smartphone over the past couple of weeks, Lenovo has finally launched its flagship Z5 Pro smartphone at an event in China. Key highlights of the smartphone include a slider design, just like the Honor Magic 2 and Xiaomi Mi MIX 3. It also comes with an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 95 percent, giving you complete display on the front without any notch.

The Lenovo Z5 Pro will be offered in two storage variants – the one with 64GB storage priced at RMB 1,998, which roughly translates to Rs 21,250, and a 128GB storage variant priced at RMB 2,298, which roughly translates to Rs 24,500. There is just one Ceramic Black color variant to choose from, AndroidPure reports.

Lenovo Z5 Pro specifications and features
Talking about specifications, the smartphone comes with a 6.39-inch full HD+ display that runs at a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels, giving an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Under the hood, the Lenovo Z5 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB storage options. There is also a microSD card slot with support for up to 256GB.
Talking about cameras, Lenovo has equipped the Z5 Pro with dual cameras at the back, which includes a 24-megapixel primary sensor and a 16-megapixel secondary sensor (telephoto lens) with aperture f/2.4. Up front, you get dual cameras – a combination of 16-megapixel sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor. The cameras also support Infrared based face unlock feature.
In terms of connectivity, you get dual SIM card slots, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, GPS and USB Type C. To keep things ticking is a 3,350mAh battery with support for fast charging. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS with Lenovo’s ZUI 10 skin on top.
