A few days after the LG G Pro 2 was rumored to be launched in India for around Rs 50,000, the 16GB variant of the phone is finally retailing at Snapdeal for Rs 49,890. Though LG has yet not put the device on its India website, the online shopping portal has mentioned the MRP of the phone to be Rs 54,990. Design-wise, the phone is based on the design language of LG G2, with buttons placed on its rear than on the sides. On the specifications front, the G Pro 2 flaunts a massive 5.9-inch Full-HD 1080p display, runs on a 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330GPU coupled with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The G Pro 2 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera capable of shooting 4K video at up to 120fps and Optical Image Stabilizer Pro for blur-free videos. It also has a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera for clicking selfies.
Connectivity options in the phone include 3G support, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and NFC. Other features in the device include microSD card support and a 3,200mAh battery. On the software front, it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with additional features like Knock On, Content Lock and Knock Code for easy unlocking of the phone.
