LG has released a promo video that teases the G Watch. But besides giving a glimpse at the forthcoming smartwatch, the video doesn t reveal anything new. The video, barely a minute long, starts off with LG claiming that it will define the smartwatch . It further describes the G Watch as, Sleek and lightweight for all-day comfort , with a metal body for a timeless look and ready for anything, anytime with a single charge . As mentioned above, the promo video doesn t exactly reveal anything new. We have already seen hands-on photos of the G Watch, which show the wearable device from all angles. From what we know so far, the G Watch will get interchangeable straps, on-screen buttons and water and dust resistance. On the software front, it will run on Android Wear.
The LG G Watch is expected to be launched sometime in July, but reports claim that is likely to be first unveiled at the G3 event on May 27.
