LG upped the ante with the G3 flagship smartphone last year with a 2K display, and it seems the company has similar plans for the forthcoming flagship G4 as well. The website claims that it has obtained the user agent profile of the supposed LG G4 handset. The UA profile reveals that the display will have a 1440×2560 pixels resolution. The same handset has been spotted for both AT&T and Verizon Wireless US carriers. If the G4 does launch with 3K display, it will be the first mobile handset to have such high-resolution screen. While any concrete information about the handset’s specs is scarce for now, the rumor mill suggests the LG G4 will pack in Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 4GB of RAM, 16-megapixel camera, and a 5.5-inch display. The handset is rumored to be launched in May.
