Reliable leaker Roland Quandt has manged to get his hands on the camera sample, and the EXIF data reveals model number LM-G710, which was recently certified in Korea. The image was also captured in Korea, and you can see the Seoul Tower in the photo. Now, talking about the earlier leaked render, the front panel houses a full view display with a notch on the top that houses the front camera, earpiece and sensors. On the left, you have volume buttons and a dedicated button to invoke Google Assistant, whereas on the right, you have the power / sleep button. Unlike the previous LG G-series and V-series smartphones, LG is not likely to house the power / sleep button under the fingerprint sensor.

The back shows off vertically placed dual cameras at the center, and the circular fingerprint sensor below it. You also have the laser auto-focus module and the LED flash placed beside the camera sensors. At the bottom, you can see the speaker grill, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
From what we know so far, the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, paired with 4GB / 6GB RAM and 64GB / 128GB onboard storage. On the software front, the smartphone is likely to run Android Oreo and AI chops in the camera app for scene detection, just like we have seen on the LG V30S ThinQ that was unveiled at MWC 2018. The smartphone will be unveiled on May 2 in New York, and May 3 in South Korea, a previous report hinted.
