Last week we had revealed the prices for LG s Optimus L3 II Dual and the Optimus L7 II Dual which were spotted on LG India s website. The South Korean multinational today officially launched both the devices at Rs 8,800 and Rs 18,650 respectively. In terms of specs, the Dual-SIM LG Optimus L3 II Dual sports a 3.2-inch QVGA IPS display and is powered by a 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM. Other features included on the phone are a 3-megapixel CMOS fixed-focus camera, 4GB of internal memory and up to 32GB of external memory support using microSD, and a 1,540mAH battery. In terms of competition that the Optimus L3 II Dual will be up against entry-level phones manufactured by local companies and also the likes of the recently announced Samsung Galaxy Star and the Galaxy Pocket Neo among others.
The Optimus L7 II Dual on the other hand sports a 4.3-inch WVGA IPS (400×800 pixels) display and is powered by a dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz with 768MB of RAM and an Adreno 203 GPU. The phone also includes features like an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and a VGA camera on the front and a massive 2,460mAH battery. In terms of storage the Optimus L7 II Dual comes with 4GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card and also offers 50GB of cloud storage. In terms of competition that the Optimus L7 II Dual will be up against the likes of the HTC Desire SV and the Samsung Galaxy S Duos among others.
As far as software is concerned, both the devices run on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Also, both come with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, AGPS connectivity and support 3G.
