LG G6 specifications and features
The LG G6 is likely to flaunt a 5.7-inch display running at a resolution of 2880×1440 pixels, and aspect ratio 18:9 (which also means 2:1). The smartphone could be powered by Qualcomm s Snapdragon 835 SoC paired with 6GB of RAM. To ensure the smartphone does not overheat like the Galaxy Note 7, LG will be using copper heat pipes with high thermal conductivity to get rid of heat from the device. The technique is already used in laptops and desktop computers to dissipate heat. ALSO READ: LG G6 to boast 5.7-inch QHD+ display with 18:9 ratio

In the photography department, we can expect an iPhone 7 Plus-like dual-camera module to create bokeh effect in images. The smartphone could also feature a removable battery along with Qualcomm s Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging feature to offer up to five hours of battery backup with just five minutes of charging. Rumors also hint at wireless charging support and USB Type-C connectivity port for charging and data transfer.
Running on Android Nougat 7.1.1 OS wrapped under LG s custom UI, the G6 is expected to retain the 3.5mm audio jack and also feature water and dust resistant capabilities. On the pricing front, the G6 is likely to cost between $500 (approximately Rs 34,000) and $600 (approximately Rs 40,000) in the US. However, Indian price is likely to go up after adding taxes and duties.
