LG has sent out media invites for the LG V30 launch and the smartphone will be unveiled at the end of this month. As per the invite acquired by GSMArena, the company will host a launch event in Berlin, right before the start of IFA 2017 which takes place in Berlin from 1st to 6th September. With very little left to imagination, the invite reveals the launch event will indeed see the LG V30 going official on August 31 at 12 PM PST (3:30 PM IST). Also Read - Beware! Going by the invite, LG is clearly betting high on the camera of the upcoming smartphone. So far, LG V30 has been subjected to numerous leaks and also surfaced in live images revealing major details on the design. According to reports, the smartphone will be equipped with a dual-camera setup at the back with dual-tone LED flash placed on the right of the camera module. LG had earlier confirmed a 6-inch QHD+ FullVision display on the LG V30 with 18:9 aspect ratio. The company has adopted plastic OLED panels for the premium smartphone and thus a slightly curved display can be expected as well. Similar to most of the high-end smartphones launched or due for launch this year, the LG V30 is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC as well. It is likely that it will come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The smartphone will also likely run Android Nougat 7.1 OS. Other details including pricing of the smartphone are unknown as of now and will be confirmed at the end of this month once the phone launches.
