LG is also set to launch its latest flagship the V40 ThinQ on October 4. Based on rumors and leaks we already know quite a lot about the smartphone and features it is said to carry. One of its main highlights is expected to be the camera, as rumors have suggested the V40 ThinQ to come with five cameras, three at the back and two at the front. Now, more leaks have emerged around the LG V40 ThinQ camera and how it will function. According to a tweet from popular tipster, Evan Blass the triple rear camera setup on the LG V40 ThinQ will be featuring a combination of a standard lens, super wide-angle lens, and a telephoto lens as well. It will be the first smartphone to features such a setup. The front camera on the other hand, is said to come with a standard and a wide-angle lens. According to previous leaks, the triple camera setup at the back is said to carry a combination of a 12-megapixel sensor working alongside a 16-megapixel sensor and a 12-megapixel sensor. The latter two are expected to feature the super wide-angle and telephoto lens respectively. The dual camera setup at the front is expected to carry an 8-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor.
Besides the camera, the LG V40 ThinQ is also suggested to features a large 6.4-inch QHD+ pOLED FullVision display with a notch at the top an and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The handset will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC running the Adreno 630 GPU alongside 6GB of RAM. The phone is expected to come in two storage configurations of 64GB and 128GB.

The device is also touted to be backed by a 3,300mAh battery and will likely be running Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-box. Some additional features like a Quad DAC and stereo speakers are also expected.
