LG confirmed recently that it will launching its next flagship the LG V40 ThinQ smartphone on October 4. We’ve already come across some rumors and render images that have given us a rough idea of what to expect from the device. Now another leaked image sheds more light on the smartphone’s screen and the notch it is expected to carry.

The image spotted by MySmartPrice showcases the device to come with an Apple iPhone X like design at the front. The notch at the top isn’t too big and neither is it too small. It can be seen carrying the previously suggested dual front cameras and an earpiece placed right next to it. What’s worth noticing is that the chin at the bottom is as thin as the bezels around the screen, which should enable the screen to offer an immersive experience.

While there are not details given, previous rumors have suggested the LG V40 ThinQ to carry a 6.4-inch QHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Like other LG flagships, it is expected to be a pOLED FullVision display. The dual cameras at the front are suggested to carry a combination of an 8-megapixel sensor working alongside a 5-megapixel sensor.

That said, the LG V40 ThinQ has also been touted to come with a triple camera setup at the back, which leaks have suggested to comprise of two 12-megapixel sensors, and a 16-megapixel sensor. The camera setup is boasted to come with both wide-angle and telephoto lenses.

Additionally, the device is expected to run the Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-box and will be boasting a 3,300mAh battery under the hood.
