Mark Zuckerberg s Q&A session at IIT Delhi will begin in a few minutes. Evidently, Facebook is increasingly focusing on India and building services that are designed for the Indians. But there are plenty of things that Facebook hasn t done yet, and especially ones that as users we deal with on the social networking platform. Well, here s a small list that Facebook should do to make our lives on the social networking more comfortable and perhaps peaceful: Also Read - Mark Zuckerberg discusses net neutrality, zero-rating issues with Delhi MPsAlso Read - Technology can help build superpowers: Mark Zuckerberg
Ban Dekhte hi Like karo Chain Posts Also Read - Lobbying for net neutrality, working towards building open framework: Mark Zuckerberg
I am not sure how Zuckerberg handles those chain posts, especially ones with 100s tagged, begging to be liked and shared instantly. Who is generating these chain posts? Zuckerberg, can you find the source and ban these people forever, or ask ACP Pradyuman to take the case.
Ban Candy Crush
By far, one of the most annoying things on Facebook is those Candy Crush requests. And sadly, we have enough vella friends playing these games, and sending requests! Annoying is perhaps an understatement for the agony we go through.
Ban I Wanna Fraandship Messages/Requests
Ever went to your Other message folder? Those are flooded with crazy messages that you get from random strangers asking you to be friends and how they have fallen in love with you after having seen your profile picture. Recently, Being Indian did a video on how it actually sounds, it s hilarious. Most of the girls on Facebook may relate with it. Zuckerberg, can you do something about it?
Automatic logout option, when your bae is TALKING
Most of the times we are spaced out when someone is talking (in person, yes we still do that), as most of the time we are just scrolling down Facebook. And in response, you just nod, or say something random – why – cause you did not pay attention. If your bae is in terrible mood, and you are looking into your smartphone, and just nodding, it won t help. Well, Facebook is there any technology that helps automatic log out in such case?
Work and Facebook together
Shuffling between work documents and Facebook is cumbersome. Work is so distracting when we are Facebooking. Oh wait, I meant vice versa. BTW, is it possible? Can we write our stories on the social network, directly mail it to the boss, and even upload it on the main website? Zuckerberg, hope that s not too much to ask?
