Micromax launched its entry-level Bharat 5 smartphone in India today. The smartphone runs Android Nougat OS, and sports a 5.2-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core SoC paired with 1GB RAM. The smartphone has a 5-megapixel camera on the front and back, along with an LED flash. The Micromax Bharat 5 has a 5,000mAh battery, which the company claims to deliver up to two days of battery life, and a standby time of up to three weeks. Ola cabs has announced that after a brief testing for a month, they are all set to introduce a new service, called Ola Pedal in India soon. Ola claims it to be India s first-of-its-kind bicycle sharing service. On booking the bicycles via the app, users will be provided with a code, which they can use to unlock the service. The pricing and availability details about the smartphone are not yet know.
