Indian smartphone vendor Micromax, which recently ventured into the television market, said on Thursday that its large screen ultra high-definition (UHD) range will be available for consumers exclusively via e-commerce portal Flipkart. The former flaunts a 3840×2160 pixels screen and runs on Android Jelly Bean. It is powered by a dual-core CPU and GPU, and features 2.2GB internal storage, expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card, 1GB RAM, and connectivity options like Wi-Fi Hotspot, 3 USB ports, and 3 HDMI ports. The 49-inch TV, on the other hand, flaunts a 3840×2160 pixels display, and runs on Android KitKat. It also comes preloaded with Google Play Store, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, and is powered by a dual-core CPU and a quad-core GPU. Also featured is 2.2GB internal storage, which is expandable using a microSD card, 1GB of RAM, and connectivity options like Wi-Fi Hotspot, 3 USB ports, and 2 HDMI ports.
