A few months after Microsoft had announced that Micromax would be one of its latest hardware partners, details about the Indian smartphone vendor’s yet to be announced Windows Phone 8.1 phone have surfaced on web. The information leaked by @LeaksterInc suggests that this phone will come with specifications that are usually seen on a high-end smartphone, hinting its price to be on the higher side.
As per the report, the phone will flaunt a 5-inch full HD 1080p display, run on Qualcomm s Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM, and sport a 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front-facing snapper. Other features will include of 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 64GB using a microSD card, and a 2,600mAh removable battery.
This Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone is expected to get launched in July. Though nothing concrete can be said about its launch or price, it is expected to be Micromax‘s most expensive smartphone so far.
