As seen above, Sharma today hinted at what to expect from the forthcoming smartphone. He tweeted, After the minion monster #YUNIQUE, can t wait to present the #Real Beast. Let the countdown begin . While cryptic at best, the tweet does hint that the forthcoming smartphone will be a high-end flagship smartphone.
Currently, the Yureka Plus is the most expensive smartphone in the company s lineup, priced at Rs 8,999. It also holds the crown of the most affordable smartphone in the country with a full HD display.
Yu Yureka Plus specifications and features: The smartphone flaunts a 5.5-inch 1080p display, and is powered by a Snapdragon 615 64-bit octa-core processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
Also on offer is 16GB internal storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card. It also features a 13-megapixel autofocus camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, 2,500mAh battery, and connectivity options like dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. On the software front, it runs on Cyanogen OS 12 based on Android Lollipop.
