Syed N, a forum moderator and support engineer posted on Microsoft Community forums, “In the spirit of the Windows Insider Program, we’re looking for a limited number of people to get their hands on an early version of the app. It’s important to keep in mind that this is the first public release of the Cortana for iOS beta. And that for now, Cortana for iOS is only available in the U.S. and China. For those who want to get their hands on the public beta need to take a small survey here. In this survey, users need to fill in details such as Microsoft ID, Apple ID, the type of iOS device they own and the iOS version. Microsoft is also in plans to expand iOS beta’s reach to other regions. It is also important to know that unlike Cortana for Windows 10 and Cortana for Android, the iOS version won’t come with deep integration of “Hey Cortana” voice activation.
