The world’s biggest technologycompany, which previously put an offer of providing free Windows 10 to people runningWindows 7 and 8.1 and also for the pirated copies, but now they have changed it for pirates and they have to pay for the latest upgradation, the Verge reported. Microsoft said that they are presently planning to run some attractive Windows 10 upgrade offers that will allow people with pirated copies to move to an official version, but till consumers have to wait. Also Read - Best laptops students can buy under Rs 30,000 in India in September 2021
The company explained that they will display a watermark on the desktop informing people when they’re running a pirated copy of Windows 10, but no other major obstacle other than this.
