Microsoft unveiled the Xbox One X gaming console at E3 2017 in June. Now it seems Microsoft is all set to bring the Xbox One X gaming console to India later this month. If reports are to be believed, the Xbox One X will be launching in India on January 15 for Rs 44,990.
The gaming console was briefly listed on Xbox India website, but at the time of filing this story, the page has been taken down. According to Gadgets360, Microsoft will sell the Xbox One X on Amazon India, Flipkart and other Microsoft-authorized retail chains across India.
Microsoft calls the Xbox One X, the smallest Xbox ever made so far. Talking about the highlights, the Xbox One X comes with a capability of running games at 4K/60 frames per second. Some of the 4K games that can be played on the Xbox One X include Forza Motorsport 7, Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, Sea of Thieves and Super Lucy’s Tale.

In terms of specifications, the Xbox One X is powered by an eight-core Custom AMD CPU clocked at 2.3GHz, and a 6 teraflop GPU clocked at 1.17GHz. It comes with 8GB of flash memory, 1TB of HHD internal storage, and 12GB of GDDR5 video RAM.
The Xbox One X also uses advanced liquid cooling and supercharger-style centrifugal fan to keep the machine cool. On the connectivity front, it includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi direct, IR blaster, a power port, two HDMI ports, three USB 3.0 ports, S/PDIF and an Ethernet port. The Xbox One X includes 4K Ultra HD, Spatial audio, HDR, 4K DVR, DTS 5.1, and Dolby ATMOS for audio and video support. The Xbox One X is also equipped with a 4K Blu-ray drive. According to Microsoft, the One X is both slimmer and lighter than the Xbox One.
