After entering the Indian smartphone market in May this year, Vietnamese smartphone maker Mobiistar has launched a total of 7 smartphones in India. Now, the company is expanding its portfolio with the launch of one more smartphone. Mobiistar has launched the C1 Shine in India priced at Rs 6,100. It will go on sale starting December 15 via 500 distributors across the country.
The MobiiStar C1 Shine comes with a very basic design with the front featuring an 18:9 aspect ratio display. There are thin bezels on the sides, and thick bezels along the top and bottom. Just above the display, you have the earpiece, sensors and the front camera. Along the back, you have the camera and LED flash. The power / sleep button and volume rocker is on the right, microUSB port at the bottom and 3.5mm audio jack on the top.

Mobiistar C1 Shine specifications and features
The smartphone is equipped with a 5.34-inch display that runs at a resolution of 480x960pixels (FWVGA+), and an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6739 quad-core SoC paired with 16GB onboard storage and 2GB RAM. A microSD card slot for further expansion is also present.
In the photography department, you get a 13-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash, and for selfies and video calling, you have an 8-megapixel front snapper with an LED flash.
To keep things ticking, there is a 3,000mAh battery, and connectivity options include Bluetooth, 4G LTE, VoLTE, dual SIM card slots and Wi-Fi. On software front, the smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo.
