The teaser tweet by Motorola India shows a short video that brings up the legacy of the coming smartphone, from the Moto E3 Power launched in 2016 to this year’s Moto E5 Plus. The tweet itself speaks of a big battery and big screen phone. The Moto E5 Plus was launched earlier this year alongside the Moto E5, which is being sold on Amazon India for Rs 10,770.
Moto E5 Plus Specifications and Features
The Moto E5 Plus was revealed earlier this year, and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC. The phone also comes with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, although it’s unclear if both variants will be offered in India on launch. The phone comes with a 12-megapixel rear camera, and will likely have an 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash.
Coming to the USPs of the device, the Moto E5 Plus has a 5,000mAh battery, which charges using Motorola’s Turbo Power fast charging standard through the micro-USB port. The phone also has a 6-inch 720×1440-pixel 18:9 IPS LCD screen. Because of these two features, the phone claims longer battery life while offering the typical benefits of a large-screen phone.
