Motorola launched the Moto E5 in Brazil back in April. While all its specifications and features were revealed, the company did not state anything about its pricing and availability in other markets. But now, Motorola’s Moto E5 has been spotted on Amazon India listing with a price of Rs 10,765. However, it is not an official seller, but a third-party vendor.
There is only one variant of the smartphone listed on Amazon, which means that the company could be saving the Moto E5 Play and the Moto E5 Plus for a later date. The Moto E5 poster was also spotted outside a retail shop by TechPP, hinting at the launch soon.
Moto E5 specifications and features
The Moto E5 features a tall 5.7-inch HD+ (720 x 1440) display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and narrow bezels all around. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The storage can further be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.
In the optics department, the Moto E5 comes with a single 13-megapixel sensor at the back, which features an aperture of f/2.0 and is paired alongside an LED flash just below it. The circular camera housing looks similar to the dual camera setup seen on other Motorola smartphones. Right below it is also the fingerprint sensor, which has the Motorola logo embedded in it. Up front, the phone carries a 5-megapixel camera with an aperture of f/2.2 for taking selfies.
