Just yesterday, we came across leaked photos and specifications of the alleged Motorola Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus. Now, one more image of the white-color Moto G4 Plus has surfaced, courtesy of reliable leaker @Evleaks. The design is in line with the leaked photo that we came across yesterday. It shows off the smartphone s front with square shaped home button and the back with vertical strip camera module. The leaked render also shows off the earpiece, front-facing camera module and the proximity sensor. Meanwhile, a leaked hands-on video of the Moto G4 prototype had also surfaced, but it appears to now have been taken down. While it retains the same design as the Plus variant, there is one key feature missing, AndroidAuthority reports. The video shows off the smartphone s front and back in full glory, however, the square shaped physical home button with integrated fingerprint is missing. That could be one of the differentiating factors between the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus variant. Also Read - Best smartphones for photography under Rs 20,000 to gift for Father's Day
Rest of the design remains the same with rounded corners, matte finish at the back panel and the rear camera with LED flash and two dots which could be the laser auto-focus setup. The video also shows Active Display technology, the ambient display for notifications when screen is locked, something that we ve already seen in earlier Motorola handsets.
From what we ve come across before, the Motorola Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus is likely to pack a 5.5-inch display and 16GB of onboard storage. While the Moto G4 is expected to come equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera, the Plus variant could sport slightly higher resolution 16-megapixel module. While details about the rest of the specifications are still scarce, we ll have to wait until more leaks pour in.
