Back in August, Motorola launched the Moto G5S Plus with 4GB RAM and Snapdragon 625 SoC in India, priced at Rs 15,999. In less than four months, the smartphone has received a permanent price cut. The company will now be selling the smartphone at Rs 1,000 off. The smartphone will be exclusively available via Amazon India and Moto Hubs across India at Rs 14,999. Customers can choose from Blush Gold, and Lunar Gray colors variants. The USP of the Moto G5S Plus is its camera. On the camera front, the smartphone sports a dual-camera module. The setup includes a pair of 13-megapixel cameras with built-in depth editor for selective focus mode to achieve DSLR-like bokeh effect in photos. The cameras feature dual-LED flash, auto HDR, and 8X digital zoom. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel camera of f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and beautification mode.
On the other hand, the CoolPad Cool Play 6 comes with a pair of 13-megapixel dual-camera at the rear, with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and dual-tone LED flash. Up front sits an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The Honor 6X sports a 12-megapixel sensor to capture photos, and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor to capture depth information. Both work together to let you click photos with bokeh effect. The Mi A1 sports a 12-megapixel sensor with a wide-angle lens of f/2.2 aperture, and the other one is a 12-megapixel sensor with a telephoto lens of f/2.6 aperture. The telephoto lens offers two options 2X optical lossless zoom, and portrait mode for DSLR-like bokeh effects.
In terms of other specifications, the smartphone features a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under its hood runs Qualcomm s Snapdragon 625 octa-core SoC clocked at 2GHz and paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage.
The Moto G5S Plus is fuelled by a 3,000mAh battery support for Turbocharging. The Moto G5S Plus also comes with a water repellent nano-coating. On the software front, it runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
