Motorola recently launched the Moto One Power smartphone in India, which is the company’s first device to come with a notch, and it is a wider one, as seen on the iPhone X. The company is also reportedly working on the Moto G6 successor, the Moto G7. There are however rumors that the Motorola will skip the Moto G7 Play this year, and only launch the Moto G7 and Moto G7 Plus. We have come across leaked photos of the Moto G7 before, and now the latest one reveals key specifications.
According to a leaked image shared by tech blog HowToTechNaija, the Moto G7 will come with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ display, with a waterdrop style notch. It will be powered by an octa-core SoC, but there is no word on the chipset. The chipset will be coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. A microSD card slot with support for up to 256GB is also expected. There are chances wherein Moto may also launch one more variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage.

In the photography department, the smartphone will come with dual camera setup at the back. This will include a 16-megapixel primary sensor couple with a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor. Up front will be a 12-megapixel selfie snapper, which will also support face unlock feature. Moto is also expected to add some AI chops to the camera app for scene detection, and optimize the photos.
To keep things ticking, the Moto G7 will come with a 3,500mAh battery with turbo charging feature. Lastly, the smartphone is expected to run Android 9 Pie OS out-of-the-box. There is no word on the launch date yet, but either CES or MWC would serve as the right platforms to launch the smartphone.
