Motorola is expected to launch the third-generation of its flagship Moto X smartphone in September. But before that happens, leaks surrounding the next gen smartphone have been generous to say the least. The latest comes from Onleaks tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer, who has leaked the specs of Moto ‘Kinzie’ on Twitter. The specification details indicate that Kinzie is the codename for nothing but the Moto X (third gen) in the making. According to the leak, the Kinzie aka Moto X (third gen) will boast a 5.5-inch QHD display (larger than the predecessor, which flaunted a 5.2-inch). It will be powered by a 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset (previous leaks suggest a Snapdragon 808 processor) paired alongside 3GB of RAM. It will offer 32GB of internal storage space, and will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. Also Read - Battlegrounds Mobile India, PUBG Mobile to get a unified season system: What it means?

Additionally, the tipster suggests a 20-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front-camera at the front. All of this falls in line with previous leaks, and rumors even suggest that the flagship will sport a fingerprint scanner at the back of the smartphone inside the Motorola logo. Additionally, it may also include a 3,280mAh battery.
One very interesting rumor doing the rounds is that Motorola will ditch the microUSB port, and adopt the USB-C type charger, just like OnePlus is doing for its OnePlus 2. This again, falls in line with Google s I/O announcement, of its plans to support USB-C type in Android M.
