We have been treated to numerous leaks of the forthcoming Motorola smartphones. Today the company has sent out invites for a launch event in New Delhi on July 28. While the invite is quite cryptic in nature, Motorola is widely expected to launch the third-generation of the flagship Moto X. A recent leak showed the entire lineup of Motorola smartphones that are expected to launch this year, and it includes what look like a new Moto G, Moto X, Droid and a Droid mini. The flagship is expected to flaunt a 5.64-inch QHD display, and will be powered by a Snapdragon 808 chipset paired with 3GB of RAM. It is also likely to feature a 16-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, USB Type C port, 3,280mAh battery and will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It is expected to feature a 5-inch display, Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage along with microSD card slot. It is also likely to feature a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a slightly bigger 2,300mAh battery. One major differentiating factor however is that Motorola may add the new Moto G to its Moto Maker service alongside Moto X and Moto 360.
