From what we know so far, the smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart. This is the third generation of the Moto series, and is the upgraded version of Moto E3. Talking about upgrades, one of the major chances that the company has made is that the smartphone will now come with a 5-inch display with 1280x720p resolution along with Gorilla glass 3 on top to protect it from smudges and scratches. The Moto E3 Power looks very similar to the Moto G4 smartphone, but comes with a plastic body and upfront there is a dual speaker. The Moto E3 also features a splash-proof body to protect it from accidental spills. The Moto E3 Power made its official debut in Hong Kong last month. Moto E3 price
The new Moto E3 Power is likely to be priced between Rs 5,999 and Rs 7,999. In the US, the Moto E3 is priced at $131, which roughly around Rs 8,900. Months ago when the smartphone was spotted on India’s import-export site, Zauba, it hinted at the same price tag. If Motorola launches the smartphone at this price point the smartphone will compete with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro, Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus and Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime.
Motorola has also worked on its camera and given the new Moto E3 an upgrade with an 8-megapixel rear camera compared to 5-megapixel on the Moto E2, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.
Moto E3 Specifications
With a comparatively larger 5-inch IPS HD (720p) display, the smartphone will come with a quad-core processor. The smartphone could be powered by MediaTek’s 64-bit quad-core MT6735P chipset l clocked at 1GHz. There are no details about the RAM and onboard storage, however the smartphone does include a microSD card slot for further expansion. There were rumors that the Moto E3 Power will come with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. The smartphone comes with 3,500mAh battery. On the connectivity front the smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS and dual-SIM 4G LTE. Another USP of the E3 power is that it runs Android 6.0 out-of-the-box.
