The press renders give us the best look at the Moto G so far, and some of the design elements are in line with earlier leaks. The front part of the smartphone is quite similar to last year s Moto G, but the back is where there are quite a few differences. For one it now features a textured back, and as seen earlier, there seems to be a metal or plastic strip that connect the camera, flash and Motorola logo together. The publication doesn t reveal any new specifications, but from what we have heard so far, the Moto G (2015) won t be bringing in a lot of improvements over its predecessor. It is expected to feature a 5-inch display, Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage along with microSD card slot. It is also likely to feature a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a slightly bigger 2,300mAh battery.
As with all such leaks, we would advise you to take it all with a grain of salt. As for a launch time frame, just like last year, Motorola could be looking at unveiling the third generation variants of the Moto X, Moto E and Moto G in September this year.
