Motorola is expected to launch the mid-range fourth-generation Moto G, and a more expensive variant allegedly called Moto G4 Plus. While the Moto G4 Plus will retain a similar design language, one of the big differentiating factors will be a fingerprint scanner. As per leaked photos, the upcoming smartphone will boast a square-ish scanner placed at the front below the display. At the back, it too will have a pill-shaped camera strip, but with the addition of two ‘dots’ that look like laser autofocus.
While details are scarce at best, recent reports claim that both the smartphones will feature a 5.5-inch display, and 16GB of onboard storage. The Moto G4 is likely to come with 13-megapixel snapper at the back, while the G4 Plus variant is likely to come with a 16-megapixel snapper.
The smartphones will be available in black and white colors, and prices are said to start from 240 Euros, which roughly translates to Rs 18,000. The Plus variant is likely to be priced around 280 Euros, or Rs 21,000 approximately.
