The Motorola Moto E went on sale on Wednesday and within the first 16 hours Flipkart ran out of stocks. The company has acknowledged the response by penning a thank you note and also promising that new stock will soon be available. We were well prepared as we anticipated the huge demand. Despite the fact that we had enough stocks, getting sold out within 16 hours is a testament to consumers huge belief and faith in the brand Motorola and Moto E that is made to last and priced for all. Consumers can pre-order for Moto E on Flipkart and we will start shipment as soon as the stock is available.
Limited stocks arrived yesterday, but they seem to have flown off the shelves and the Flipkart listing still shows that both the Black and White variants are Out of Stock .
The Moto E features a 4.3-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera, 4GB internal storage, microSD card slot, and a 1,980mAh battery. On the software front, it runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
