Mozilla has finally revealed details of the first tablet that will run its Firefox OS. Earlier this month, the company had announced a partnership with Foxconn and Via Technologies for manufacturing budget tablets. The tablet will be called InFocus New Tab F1, and will feature a quad-core processor, according to Mozilla’s Asa Dotzler (via Geek.com).

The InFocus New Tab F1 is a Wi-Fi-only tablet with a 10.1-inch HD display with 1280×800 pixels resolution. It will run on an Allwinner A31 Cortex-A7 quad-core chipset clocked at 1GHz and PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU, with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory and will also have a microSD card slot. It will sport a 5-megapixel camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel snapper on the front. The tablet will house a 7,000mAh battery.

At the moment, there is no word about the launch timeline or pricing of the tablet but with MWC around the corner, we should expect to hear more about it next month.
