Japanese website ASCII Plus have posted a gallery of what is being claimed to be the mockup of the next-gen iPad Air next to the current generation model. The mockups not only reveal that the next-gen iPad Air will come with the TouchID fingerprint sensor but will also be thinner than the current iPad Air, which measures at 7.5mm. Apart from these changes, nothing much seems to have changed from the exterior, though Apple is said to be using an A8 processor and an 8-megapixel rear camera rather than the 5-megapixel camera on the current iPad Air.
