There s no more information on this upcoming device. It is safe to assume that the device will flaunt an Infinity Display, dual-cameras, and a capable selfie camera. On the design front, it is likely to boast a combination of glass and metal. As is the norm with Samsung s Galaxy A series, this upcoming device will be priced nearly half of Galaxy S9 series.
This also falls in line with what CEO DJ Koh was quoted as saying recently. In an interview with CNBC, Koh said, In the past, I brought the new technology and differentiation to the flagship model and then moved to the mid-end. But I have changed my strategy from this year to bring technology and differentiation points starting from the mid-end.

It is however unclear whether Samsung would be launching this Galaxy A device during its October 11 event. Speaking of which, the smartphone launching on October 11 could be called Galaxy A9 Pro (A920F). It is rumored to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB inbuilt storage. The event teaser subtly hints at the possibility of four cameras on board the smartphone.
