Last month, HMD Global launched the budget-friendly Nokia 3.1 Plus smartphone in India. Few days after its India launch, the smartphone was spotted on China’s TENAA telecom authority website that indicated that the handset will soon release in China. Today, the Nokia 3.1 Plus smartphone has gone official in China with a price tag of RMB 1,099 (approximately Rs 11,300).
Nokia 3.1 Plus specifications and features
The Nokia 3.1 Plus sports a ceramic textured body, and it comes in two colors of Dark Blue and White. The handset measures 156.68×76.44×8.19mm, and weighs 180 grams. It is fitted with a big IPS LCD display of 6-inches that supports HD+ resolution, and 18:9 aspect ratio.
A MediaTek Helio P22 SoC powers the Nokia phone along with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It comes with a native storage of 32GB and for additional storage, it features a microSD card slot. The phone receives power from 3,500mAh battery. The Android 8.1 Oreo OS is available on the Nokia 3.1 Plus. Since it is an Android One phone, there is no custom UI overlaid on the operating system.

The rear shell of the Nokia 3.1 Plus has f/2.0 aperture 13-megapixel + f/2.4 aperture 5-megapixel dual camera system. It is followed by a fingerprint scanner. At the front of the smartphone is its f/2.2 aperture 8-megapixel selfie camera.
Nokia 3.1 Plus Pricing and Release Date
Priced at RMB 1,099 (approximately Rs 11,300), the Nokia 3.1 Plus is already listed on China’s Suning online retailer site. Its official sales will begin on November 29.
In India, the Nokia 3.1 Plus was introduced in two variants. The base model, featuring 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, is priced at Rs 9,499. The higher model, with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, costs Rs 11,499.
