HMD Global is said to be rolling out software updates for two of its Nokia smartphones in India. These would be the Nokia 6.1 Plus and the Nokia 3 as per NPU. This doesn’t seem to be a major update, and instead focuses on introducing the September Android security patch.
The report adds that the update for the Nokia 6.1 Plus is about 71MB in size, while the update for the Nokia 3 is about 85MB in size. The updates are being rolled out over the air, and should be gradually reaching all users. If you haven’t receiving a notification yet, you can head over to Settings to manually check for the update.
The Nokia 6.1 Plus was launched with a price tag of Rs 15,999, and it will be available via a flash sale tomorrow. The Nokia 3, on the other hand, is a more affordable device with a price tag of Rs 8,000.
