Nokia has partnered with popular developer Zynga to bring popular games like Draw Something and Zynga Poker to Nokia’s newly launched S40 based Asha Touch phones. The phones that will get both the games include the Asha 311, the Asha 306 and the Asha 305. Both the games will be available as a free download from the Nokia store. Nokia has been cleverly marketing its low-end Asha Touch phones as smartphones, but in essence these devices run a feature phone OS. By bringing popular applications to the S40 fold, Nokia is able deliver a smartphone like experience at ultra-low price points. This also enables Nokia to undercut local Android OEMs and at the same time Nokia does not sacrifice the end-user experience.
