The Nokia X is creating quite a buzz online, especially after HMD Global officially teased the return of the X-series. As of now, there is no clarity on whether it will be called Nokia X or Nokia X6 or Nokia X (2018), but with the smartphone, HMD Global is all set to embrace the notch trend. The launch event is set to take place on May 16 in Beijing, China.
Last week, we came across leaked hands-on photos of the smartphone showing off the design from all angles. The leaked photos also show off the display notch, dual rear cameras, glass back and more. Now, a short and unofficial 12-second video has also surfaced online offering a glimpse at the Nokia X6 (via GSMArena).
The video shows off the screen wallpaper, which is the same as the invite for the event in Beijing, China. However, the framing of the camera isn’t proper, and so we can’t see the 19:9 display with the notch, but it is something that is already confirmed from the invite and banners that were previously spotted.

Nokia X6 expected specifications, features
From what we know so far, the smartphone will flaunt a 5.8-inch Full HD+ display, running at a resolution of 1080x2280pixels, and an aspect ratio of 19:9. It is likely to be powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core SoC or Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octa-core SoC, which will mostly be market dependent.
Reports indicate that the smartphone will be offered in two RAM and storage variants – one with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, and the other with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. In the photography department, a 12-megapixel primary sensor with Carl ZEISS lens is expected.
However, details about the secondary sensor are scarce. Also, there is no word on battery capacity and front camera resolution. Just like other Nokia smartphones from HMD Global, we can expect the Nokia X6 to run stock Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
