This variant comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, and is priced at RMB 16,999 (approximately Rs 18,100). The device is available via China’s jd.com, Gizmochina reports. While there is no official word yet, the device could be launched as the Nokia 6.1 in international markets.
The Nokia X6 is a mid-range device boasting an Apple iPhone X-like full-screen display. There is also a notch at the top. This is the second device in HMD Global’s portfolio after the Nokia 7 Plus to feature an edge-to-edge design.

To quickly recap, the Nokia X6 features a 5.8-inch FHD+ (2280×1080 pixels) IPS LCD display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octa-core chipset. The smartphone also features a dual-camera setup at the back that includes a 16-megapixel primary sensor, and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor. For selfies, there’s a 16-megapixel camera that is backed by AI.
To keep things ticking, the Nokia X6 is armed with a 3,060mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. For security, there’s facial recognition support, and a physical fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 4G support, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi. On the software front, the device runs Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.
In the meanwhile, HMD Global is hosting an event today in China. If all the rumors are to be believed, the company could take the wraps off the much-rumored Nokia X5. The smartphone is likely to sport a 5.86-inch HD+ display, Snapdragon 600-series SoC or Helio P60 SoC, 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM, and 32GB/64GB storage options. Prices for the device are expected to start from RMB 799 (approximately Rs 8,300).
