HMD Global is expected to launch its Nokia X6 in the international market in the coming days. We know this because Nokia X6 was spotted on the international Nokia website. However, the listing was quickly pulled indicating that someone at the HMD Global offices was quick to pull the trigger in putting up the listing. This comes weeks after the X6 got NCC certification hinting at an imminent Taiwan launch and almost days after its international variant was spotted at Bluetooth certification. HMD Global hasn’t issued any official statement about the launch of the X6 yet.
The company launched the device in the Chinese market in May. The device comes with a metal frame with a glass back design. It sports a 5.8-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with 2280 1080 pixels resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio, and a display notch. HMD Global has added Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC with octa-core CPU paired with Adreno 509 GPU. The company launched two variants of the device, one with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, and other with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

Nokia X6 comes with a dual camera setup with a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. HMD Global has also added a 16-megapixel camera on the front. The device runs on a 3,060mAh battery with Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.
It is likely that the device will launch in the international market in coming days as HMD Global CPO, Juho Sarvikas, put up a poll on Twitter asking people if they would like to see the Nokia X6 launched outside China. The result was positive and the company promised to uphold it.
