After Xiaomi, ZTE’s sub-brand Nubia has released its Red Magic gaming smartphone. The Nubia Red Magic gaming smartphone is exclusive to the Chinese market and we can’t say if it will be available in India anytime soon. Similar to how gaming laptops boast an unconventional design language, the Red Magic too boasts a design inspired by the games.
One of the coolest things gamers would love about this smartphone is that it comes with configurable RGB LED strip at the back. Keeping the gaming needs in consideration, the Nubia Red Magic also comes with three vents for air cooling and graphite layers for quick and even heat dispersion.
Nubia Red Magic pricing
The gaming smartphone will be available starting April 26 via IndieGogo at $399 (approximately Rs 26, 400). Nubia Red Magic specifications
The Nubia Red Magic features a 6-inch LTPS display offering 2,160 x 1,080pixels resolution. For prolonged and rough use, it is protected with NEG Dinorex T2X-1 glass. Given that it is a gaming smartphone, the hardware is of utmost importance. The Nubia Red Magic is powered by Qualcomm’s current Snapdragon 835 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of default storage. If we look at the Xiaomi Black Shark gaming smartphone, the hardware is a notch advanced with Snapdragon 845 SoC under the hood.
