Chinese smartphone maker Nubia Technology has selected B2X as its strategic customer care partner for the Indian market, the company said on Tuesday. B2X is a technology-enabled provider of customer care services for mobile devices and consumer electronics. It operates an extensive network of SMARTBAR — an in-store service solution — which are walk-in service centres. “With the B2X partnership in India, we believe that the outstanding Nubia service in China can be replicated in India,” said Ying Deng, Head of customer service at Nubia, in a statement. “We are going to introduce a number of unique and special services for Nubia in India in the near future,” Deng added.
The company has recently launched its new Z11 flagship smartphone model in India. The 5.5-inch full-HD nubia Z11 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and sports 16-MP rear camera with Sony IMX298 sensor.
