On October 12, OnePlus along with Amazon India will keep the OnePlus 2 on open sale for an entire hour, between 12:00 PM to 1 PM. Thanks to the open sale, users won t need the invites to buy the smartphone. To cater to the die-hard fans who have been patiently waiting to buy the OnePlus 2, every user will be entitled to purchase only a single unit. OnePlus 2 specifications and features: It sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display and is powered by Qualcomm s Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. Also on the offer is 64GB of non-expandable onboard storage.

OnePlus 2 also features a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and laser assisted auto-focus and 5-megapixel selfie snapper. On the connectivity front, dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth are present. There is also a fingerprint scanner for added security.
On the software front, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop-based Oxygen OS. The OS was recently updated to version 2.1.0, which brings in a bunch of security patches, as well as fixes for photo gallery bug as well as the battery drain bug.
