With the official launch anticipated within the next ten days, OnePlus 5T is currently the magnet for rumors and leaks. Almost every day we come across some new design or specification leak, and today isn t any different. For one, OnePlus 5T apparently went up for pre-orders on Oppo Mart, revealing the price and a handful of specifications. To begin with the the pre-order listing, GizmoChina reported that the OnePlus 5T went up for pre-orders on the Oppo Mart website, revealing the entire specifications and pricing of the device. As per the listing, the OnePlus 5T will be priced at $549 (Rs 35,700 approximately). It will feature a 6-inch Optic AMOLED display, with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The display will carry support for an FHD+ resolution of (1080 x 2160 pixels), and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The OnePlus 5T will be powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset. Like OnePlus 5, the smartphone will apparently come in 6GB and 8GB RAM options, which will support 64GB and 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage respectively. For photography, the listing reveals the OnePlus 5T sporting a dual-camera setup on the rear, which will be a combination of a 20-megapixel f/1.7 aperture Sony IMX398 sensor, and 16-megapixel f/2.6 aperture Sony IMX350 sensor. Up front, will be a 16-megapixel f/1.6 aperture Sony IMX371 sensor. The device will apparently come preloaded with Android Nougat that is customized with OxygenOS, and will eventually be receiving Android Oreo. Further, in the accompanied images in the listing, similar to the designs we saw in the past, the OnePlus 5T will not feature a fingerprint sensor on the front. However, in comparison to previous design leaks, the purported OnePlus 5T in these pictures have a visible bezel on the sides of the display, whereas the leaked renders we have seen before showed an edge-to-edge display, with narrow bezels on the top and bottom.

Other than that, another leak has surfaced, which is the benchmark listing from AnTuTu. This one coming from GizChina, reveals a bunch of details both about the device s hardware and software, however it isn t exactly in line with the leaks you read above. According to the benchmark leak, the OnePlus 5T will run Android Oreo out-of-the-box as opposed to the eventual upgrade the Oppo Mart listing leak suggests. Further, the benchmark leak also reveals a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset under the hood, which is accompanied with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The processor is shown running along an Adreno 540 GPU. In line with the leak above, the display resolution in the AnTuTu leak is also 1080 x 2160 pixels. However, the camera specifications in the benchmark leak are slightly away from the Oppo Mart leak. According to the benchmark, OnePlus 5T will sport a 20-megapixel sensor at the back, and a 20-megapixel sensor on the front.
Needless to say, regardless of how detailed these leaks are, it is always wise to take leaks with a pinch of salt, and keep calm till the official word is out. As per a recent media invite sent by OnePlus in China, the company is expected to launch the smartphone on November 5.
