Google Pixel 2 XL shipment delay
Google’s Pixel 2 XL went up for sale through Flipkart yesterday, at least that is what the intended target was. However, one of our readers told us that instead of delivering the device, Flipkart sent him an email stating the shipments have been delayed by two-weeks. What is particularly frustrating for the waiting customers is that Flipkart is offering Rs 300 as compensation for this delay. We reached out to the company and discovered that the delay in shipment is from Google’s end to both online and offline channels.
Samsung Galaxy S9
The next set of flagship phones to gain attention is the Samsung Galaxy S9. As per latest reports today, the company is likely to choose pre-MWC 2018 time to announce the flagship smartphone. The Galaxy S9 has been leaked in the past and is expected to feature a dual-camera setup, making it the second such phone from Samsung‘s portfolio after the Galaxy Note 8. The cameras on the smartphone are believed to be packed with ‘anti-glare BBAR layer ghost technology’ to help eliminate glare and dual images on photos. Samsung is also said to offer AKG-tuned headset with Bluetooth functionality with the Galaxy S9. In addition to the Galaxy S9, a smaller S9 mini also hit the rumor mill today. Samsung Galaxy S9 mini is expected to pack an Infinity display on a screen size lesser than 5-inch.
