The OnePlus 6 is still at least a few weeks away from launch, and apart from some mysterious pictures that show small parts of the new phone, we haven’t quite seen what the finished product will look like yet. However, there have been plenty of unofficial ‘leaks’ that have helped to paint a picture of what we can expect from the new phone. Now, we have our best indicative look yet, thanks to a concept video that has surfaced today.

Made by a YouTube channel called Phone Industry, the video takes into account everything that we already know about the phone through tidbits that have been shared by OnePlus, such as the presence of the notch and nearly full-screen display, as well as the presence of the USB Type-C port and 3.5mm jack.

Apart from this, the video also takes many liberties in anticipating features or design aspects, including the positioning of the dual-camera setup and fingerprint sensor, the styling of the sides and back, and a prediction of wireless charging with the charger being included in the box.

When it comes to specifications and other features, there’s a bit we already know and a bit we can guess. We do know that the phone will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage depending on the variant, and is likely to be IP68 water resistant based on teasers shared by the company. There’s also likely to be a software-based toggle to hide the notch, by blackening out the screen at that point and moving the controls down. While we don’t have an exact date of launch yet, it is believed that the phone will launch in the second or third week of May globally, and soon after in India.
