Another day, and yet another OnePlus 6 leak. This time around, we are getting a glimpse at what looks like a real-life photo of the upcoming flagship smartphone. This is also the first time we are seeing the smartphone powered on.

The photo shared by TechTastic, shows the front of the OnePlus 6. We are seeing a full-screen display, and the iPhone X-like notch at the top. Both are in line with OnePlus CEO Carl Pei recently confirmed. If you are however disappointed with the notch, Pei also revealed that there will be an option to hide it.

The screen also reiterates that the upcoming smartphone will indeed be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. Additionally, it has also been confirmed that the smartphone will boast up to 8GB of RAM. There will also be up to 256GB of internal storage.

This leaked photo does add weight to recent rumors about how the OnePlus 6 will look a lot like the Oppo R15 – at least from the front. But another leak claimed that the back panel will look quite different. The smartphone was spotted featuring a wooden textured back panel, a square-ish fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm audio jack, and a vertically aligned dual-camera setup.

Courtesy of the leaks and official teasers, we already have a fair idea on what to expect from the OnePlus 6. The smartphone could feature a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with 2280×1080 pixels resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio, a dual-camera setup (20-megapixel+16-megapixel) at the back, and a 20-megapixel selfie camera. Interestingly, a recent teaser hinted at how the Alert Slider button could be used to adjust the camera focus.

While there is no official word yet, the OnePlus 6 is widely expected to launch sometime towards the end of this month or in the first week of May. Either ways, this is much earlier than the usual launch time frame OnePlus has followed for its flagship smartphone.
