It looks like just days before the official launch of the upcoming flagship smartphone by China-based smartphone maker OnePlus, all the details of the device have leaked out on the internet. The latest leak includes multiple device renders, real-world product images and the screenshots of the specifications of the device. All the details leaked out on the internet indicate that this may be the real deal as the design and specifications of the device are in line with recent rumors. For the uninitiated, OnePlus is planning to launch its upcoming flagship, the OnePlus 6T globally on October 29, at the scheduled launch event in the New York City.
According to a report by 9to5Google, the latest batch of leaked information were posted on Twitter by leaker Ishan Agarwal. The device renders confirm that the device will come with a water drop-like notch on the 6.4-inch display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ (2,340×1080 pixels) resolution. The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 with up to 8GB RAM, and 128GB internal storage with a 3,700mAh battery. It appears that the company has added a 16-megapixel sensor are a primary camera with a f/1.7 aperture along with a 20-megapixel secondary sensor with f/1.7 aperture.

Moving to the front of the device, the leak indicates that OnePlus has opted for a 20-megapixel selfie shooter. OnePlus has removed the fingerprint scanner from the back of the device in favor of an in-display optical fingerprint scanner. This is not all as the company has also removed the much-loved 3.5mm audio socket from the device.
On the software side of things, the leak has revealed that the OnePlus 6T will be powered by Android 9 Pie out of the box. This new information about the device comes days after OnePlus released its OxygenOS 5.1.6 update for OnePlus 5 and 5T users in the market.
