When it comes to OnePlus devices, the frequent rumors and leaks mean that we usually already know most of what to expect with an upcoming device before it launches. It’s been the case with the OnePlus 6, 5T and 5 before it, and it seems to be playing out exactly the same way with the upcoming OnePlus 6T. The latest leak from OnePlus shows what appears to be an ‘official’ poster, revealing the front of the phone and the slogan.
Discovered and posted on SlashLeaks, the poster has the slogan ‘Unlock The Speed’, which has been reported as the company’s device slogan for the OnePlus 6T. OnePlus usually picks a different slogan for each device, which indicates what the phone’s USP is. In this case, it’s a play on both the flagship specifications and performance superiority of OnePlus, as well as the in-display fingerprint sensor that’s likely to be the highlight feature.
The poster also shows the front of the phone, although it does cut off before the bottom. At the top, the waterdrop notch is clearly visible, and there will likely be a slim earpiece right above the front camera, and possible a notification light as well. A ‘Never Settle’ wallpaper on the phone is also visible. The poster doesn’t give away anything else, with no sign of what’s at the back of the device, or even the in-display fingerprint sensor logo on the screen of the device.

While the poster does look authentic and official given that it’s following the typical style of OnePlus, it’s possible that it could be fan-made and unofficial. For now though, we’re fairly certain that the OnePlus 6T will be launching in mid-October sometime.
Apart from the waterdrop notch and fingerprint sensor, there’s likely to be a dual-camera setup at the back. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, and will come with up to 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage.
